Excellent service

On Wednesday, June 17 we drove for 1/2 hour from outside of Chilliwack to have KFC for dinner as a treat. We waited in line with 4 other cars for more than 15 minutes and finally got to the order station. Once our order was placed, we were told that it would be 1/2 hour for the chicken, was that okay? We left. We have eaten at this particular location of KFC several times and there's always something that is less than desireable. Either the washrooms are dirty, there are no clean tables to sit at (which is why we now do the drivethrough) or the staff is not attentive. We are giving up. We won't be back. How do they manage to stay in business?

Their drive thru is always packed. They never have enough chicken ready. It's almost like it comes as a surprise to them when people show up at 6pm to buy a bucket of chicken for dinner.

Really? People are here buying chicken for dinner? Oh! We better make some.

I think they are so scared of spoilage they would rather customers wait for their food then make extra ahead of time.

It usually takes about a full 20 minutes to get through their fast food drive thru at dinner time.
